Over 20 years as Art Therapist at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, Charotte now works at Sheppard Pratt Health System as an outpatient art therapist. Charlotte has served various positions for The American Art Therapy Association. She is adjunct faculty for George Washington University's Graduate Art Therapy program.
